Celebrate & Win: April Promotion

Promotion Period: April 1 – April 30, 2025

1. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entry is valid only with a qualifying purchase of HALF BAK'D products valued at $299 or more at Rush Distributors.
• This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

• Each qualifying purchase automatically earns one raffle ticket.
• Raffle tickets are issued at the time of purchase and are non-transferable.

3. Prize Details

• Prizes include either a Segway Xyber Electric Bike or a Segway GoKart Pro 2.
  Prizes are non-transferable andcannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods.

4. Raffle Drawing & Winner Notification

• The raffle drawing will be held after the Promotion ends on April 30, 2025.
• Winners will be notified directly via the contact information provided at the time of purchase and must claim their prize within 30 days of notification or forfeit the prize.

5. Release & Liability

• By entering, all participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Fresh Farms ELiquid LLC dba HALF BAK'D, Rush NC Distributors, and their affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or from the use of any prize.
• HALF BAK'D and its affiliates assume no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by participants in connection with this Promotion.

6. Use of Likeness

• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. General Conditions

• These rules constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsor and the participants regarding the Promotion.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
• No purchase is necessary to enter (if required by law, additional entry methods may be provided).
• This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

8. Tax Obligations

• Winners acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the prize.
• The Sponsor will report the fair market value of the prize to the IRS if required.
